As part of your package, you have the option to allow iHealthSpot to register and manage your new domain, or to manage an existing domain on your behalf by transferring the domain to iHealthSpot’s administrative control. In either case, you own your domain. iHealthSpot only manages it on your behalf. iHealthSpot’s management of your primary domain includes the cost of yearly renewals while you host with us. Additional domains may be registered and/or managed upon request and will cost $50 per year per domain managed and annually renewed by iHealthSpot. All of our domain registrations include private registration to keep your personal information used to register your domain name private and secure.
To register a new domain, select Option 1 below and provide your first choice of a domain name as well as an alternative choice In case your first choice is not available. We cannot guarantee that the first choice of domain will be available but we will work with you to register a suitable alternative if necessary.
If you wish to transfer your existing domain to iHealthSpot’s administrative control, select Option 2 and provide us with the information requested on your current registrar so that we may facilitate the transfer.
If you wish to stay with your current registrar and manage your own domain, but wish for iHealthSpot to log into your registrar account to make necessary changes for your website to go live, select Option 3. Please note that if you choose not to transfer administrative control to iHealthSpot and remain with your current registrar, iHealthSpot will not be responsible for your domain remaining active and renewal notices will need to be actioned by you.
If you wish to stay with your current domain registrar and manage your own domain, select Option 4 and provide a technical contact for us to send DNS information to once your website is ready to go live. Please note that if you choose not to transfer administrative control to iHealthSpot and remain with your current registrar, iHealthSpot will not be responsible for your domain remaining active and renewal notices will need to be actioned by you.
